Thelma’s community will not stop improving. Their SPPH over the last three months went from $16.06, to
$18.37 and then to $27.69 in November! They achieved these amazing results while averaging over 9.6 in UP.
She is the D&I chair, WLN chair, and runs a very successful Team of Experts. Thelma is a leader who ranked 59
of 200 Communities with highlights including a top 10 finish in September 2017!

Laura Taylor
Coach, Team of Experts | Colorado Springs, CO

Laura’s team was one of the top performing TEX P&L Communities in the nation for NPS, Deacts and CRT in
2017. Laura always goes above and beyond supporting our Frontline and the Colorado Springs site.

CJ Walker
Analyst, Dedicated Care | Bellingham, WA

Along with a peer, CJ created a program that personalizes predefined content for Messaging improving
efficiency. He also created Sundial, which has reduced research time dramatically. With his skills in writing
code, Excel and understanding what we need to be more efficient, CJ has single handedly saved significant
costs and resources.

Robersteen Williams
Sr Expert, Technical Care | Augusta, GA

Robersteen has consistently been there for her community, and the Augusta Nation. She maintains her stats
and pushes the team to stay on top. She is quick to jump in with a resolution and a smile. They would not
be the “Beast of the East” without her effort, words of encouragement, and genuine concern for her peers.
