inspiring leaders. She was called out for the care and positive intent she has for reps and leaders alike. Her

Raché Stotts-Johnson

Nothing is closer to people’s hearts than their compensation. Rache has been described as the “glue that
holds the Total Rewards team together – being instrumental in T-Mobile’s ability to deliver to all employees.” In
addition to her day job, some of Rache’s big contributions include being key on a number of M&A efforts, and
leading the team through the shift of comp review timing.
