Christine Coldiron

Christine’s primary client is our growing and dynamic IoT business. In 2017, she was integral in the successful
launch of two new products - SyncUp Drive and SyncUp Fleet. To enable the launch, Christine negotiated
several complicated hard-fought deals each with novel legal and business issues. She did this complex work
while simultaneously providing top-notch, full support to not just to the ioT team but also to the MVNO and
Roaming teams.
Jana Harvey
Assistant, Executive to EVP | Bellevue, WA
Jana is the “back-bone” of the Legal department, providing exceptional guidance and support. Her position re-
quires balancing multiple priorities and she flawlessly executes on all assigned projects or tasks. For example, she
assists in the coordination and planning of the Quarterly All Hands meetings, the Legal Summit Meetings and the
Summer and Holiday events. All events were a success due to her organization, knowledge, leadership and fore-
thought. Jana is also the consummate team player, always willing to pitch in to help others on all kinds of projects.
Jake Tervo
Analyst, Digital Forensics | Bellevue, WA
Jacob’s results in 2017 were a major contributor to the team’s annual eDiscovery ROI/cost savings which
typically exceeds $1M and Jacob was also a driving force in delivering increased efficiencies in the collective
eDiscovery process back to the business. He has also completed countless hard drive recoveries including
one recovery of 200GB of data (or the equivalent of 7 semi-trucks of paper). In addition, he tackled a complex
issue that arose on many employees’ computers while upgrading to Windows 10 and proactively provided his
methodology to the ITA organization so as to empower them to best handle these scenarios in the future.
Katie Tucker
Program Manager, Legal | Bellevue, WA
Katie flawlessly executes on risky and complicated projects for the programs she supports; including, Scam
ID, DIGITS, and T-Mobile Tuesdays. Her internal business clients provide feedback that she is thorough,
responsive, creative, ethical and has a deep understanding of the business. Through her historical knowledge,
she thinks through all potential implications. She is valued and respected by both her clients and internal
legal colleagues.
