Anneke’s nominations all called out her passion for Diversity & Inclusion and her work building and support-
ing our Employee Network Groups. She’s spent countless hours supporting local chapters, with highlights
including the Women’s Leadership Summit, the Stand Against Racism, nationwide Pride events, and the New
York City Veterans Day parade.
Michelle Cone
Manager, Career Development Operations | Bellevue, WA
Michelle’s nomination speaks to changes made to her team to create real impact and value for #1HR and the
business. Some examples included ensuring HR Crews continued to offer excellent workshops and instruc-
tor-led trainings; supporting the growing demand for tailored sessions; and revamping self-serve learning
processes to scale more effectively to T-Mobile’s growing employee base.
Solange Corujo
Sr Manager, Human Resources Crew | Guaynabo, PR
Solange was nominated for her amazing work in the aftermath of Hurricane Marie in Puerto Rico. She was
described as an absolute “stand-out” filled with compassion for our employees, their families, and her island
of Puerto Rico. She was part of the team that personally went out to look for employees who had not checked
in after the storm, making sure everyone was accounted for and taken care of.
Jessica Duncan
Sr Consultant, Compensation | Bellevue, WA
Jessica received 11 PEAK nominations! Some examples of her going beyond stellar included supporting the
HR Technology Crew through huge initiatives such as the Engineer Career Spectrum project, the EIT Roles
Clarity project, and pushing to ensure market zones are competitive and current. The HR re-org, Project Splen-
da, Firefly and iWireless are among many projects that she supported in addition to her daily comp consultant
responsibilities.
Karen Lierz
Sr Program Manager, HR | Overland Park, KS
Karen was nominated for her brilliant CareerFest planning and execution. Her nomination called out that the
CareerFest experience for frontline employees was nothing short of amazing. Her contributions to the project
spanned social media, branding, communications, herding content for many functional groups, down to edit-
ing videos herself. With Karen’s leadership, the team delivered an Un-carrier experience, set up our frontline
employees for success, and put T-Mobile ahead of the competition.
