projects – NPI, Universe 2.0, Promo capabilities, and much more! He has worked crazy hours and delivered
quality results under tight deadlines, enabling us to launch killer products like the UnCarrier we are. He does
all this while being an unbelievable partner to other teams!

Jon Baldie CEO Wild Card
Sr Director, Fraud Operations | Bellevue, WA

Jon leads his team to deliver on preventative, detective, and back-office fraud processes. He is also account-
able for the executive-level direction, strategic focus, and organizational mission of the Fraud Operations
team – while at the same time representing T-Mobile US’s Fraud organization domestically and globally. Jon
handles data security comprehensively, and is always striving to build customer trust.

Brian Ciccone
Sr Product Mgr, Device Lifecycle Ops | Bellevue, WA

Brian has been instrumental in driving operational & system changes in our supply chain ecosystem that will
improve customer experience and/or reduce financial losses. Some key things Brian has done this year were to
improve the JUMP! and Trade-in operational processes at our 3rd party vendor so that customer will receive the
correct trade-in value, promotion, or JUMP! benefits.

Jason Jakubiak
Finance Manager | Bellevue, WA

Jason is responsible for the Magenta Postpaid Disconnect forecast; churn, migrations, NGAs and Reacts; one
of the most visible and demanding budgets in FP&A. This past year he led the development and deployment
of new churn models leveraging new technologies and data to stay ahead of the evolving business needs – re-
sulting in the ability to address early trends in customer base changes. Jason is an amazing business partner!

Jason Kidd
Sr Manager, Internal Audit | Bellevue, WA

Jason has led a team with several recent high-impact audits such as Commissions, Customer Authorized User
and Sales Performance Compensation. In addition to his audit work, Jason has taken an active role support-
ing the Commissions governance processes and assisting HR Compensation as they deploy a system solution
for CARE incentive pay. He puts people at ease and his calm and approachable manner successfully encour-
ages open dialogue.
