has implemented several enhancements to improve approval rates, and service levels while improving bad
debt rates. Bhuwan is always willing to roll up his sleeves and partner with sales to find ways to qualify compli-
cated deals. Through strong engagement, a bias for action, and a strong sense of customer support, he has
had a lasting impact on our business.

Nancy has provided amazing support for everything related to inventory replenishment, especially during
the disaster relief inventory efforts. 2017 shaped up to be a challenging year for the Retail channel. Store
footprint has grown by 1.2k, we have launched GS8/8+, Note 8, iPhone 8/8+ all successfully into stores while
at the same time executing contingency plans to support Texas, Florida and Pure Rico through the toughest
hurricane season in 12 years. All of this work was done under her leadership with ease and flawless execution
of a disciplined team that has planned, practiced and executed for such events.
