                                       Philip was one of the first Albuquerque Jefferson employees to join Team of Experts, and was a tremendous
                                       asset as the call center transitioned. His team counts on him for support and development, and was a huge
                                       contributor in taking his Technical Care core team to #1 for Q3. Philip is a member of several D&I Networks, in-
                                       cluding Access for Disabilities Network, and even volunteered at the annual Special Olympics of New Mexico
                                       Summer Games.

                                       What is impressive about Holly is her ability to translate her own success to the peers and teams she works
                                       with and supports. She has significantly increased sales and overall percent to goal on her teams by establish-
                                       ing strong relationships and trust.

                                       Robyn does an amazing job ensuring that new hires are prepared to deliver the T-Mobile Brand experience;
                                       and leverages her skills to impact other Coaches and Team Managers through the study hall program. She
                                       spent 6 weeks helping to ramp Team of Experts in Birmingham, and received positive feedback about her
                                       encouraging, fun approach. Robyn is an energetic, magnetic, shining example of what T-Mobile stands for.

                                       George has been extremely successful with productivity and efficiency in the TEX environment, and proac-
                                       tively shares best practices with other teams and communities. He supported the Birmingham site in their
                                       transition to TEX and spent a lot of time with their teams to enhance effectiveness – he did this by utilizing his
                                       areas of strength. George exemplifies our How We Play values and is a great example of taking initiative to get
                                       things done.

                                       the way to makes us Famous for Care through their efforts to bring TEX transformation to life.  He uses his
                                       frontline and customer commitment to guide his strategy building and decision making, always remembering
                                       why we are doing this and who we are doing it for. Care and T-Mobile could not have accomplished what we
                                       have without him.
