Roberto is the leader of the PR Engineering Team, he is a true testament to “Leadership by example”. He val-
iantly weathered the hurricane in our switch and was working on recovery before the storm even hit. He was
one of the key leaders that successfully undertook the most ambitious and successful network recovery post
Hurricane in Puerto Rico. The network recovery was the key determining factor in reaching historic results in
Puerto Rico.

Lyanette was a key leader in the Puerto Rico Operation after Hurricane Maria leading overall recovery from an
employee, customer and communications strategy perspective. The Communications strategy was one of the
main factors in the historic positive results coming out of the hurricane.

Jorge led the Puerto Rico team through its worst natural disaster in history. Hurricane Maria left the island with
no electricity, limited network, and very little food, water, and gas. Jorge did everything in his power to support
not only our employees, but our customers through the crisis and long recovery process.
Jose Obando

During Hurricane Maria, Jose was at the Switch taking care of our most important network facility and dealing
with a major water leakage problem that eventually he was able to control, preventing major damage to our
switch equipment. Jose learned two days later that he had lost nearly all of his belongings, including his home.
Jose continued working and led the very successful dispatch team which coordinated the 24/7 diesel and
generator logistics for over 500 sites and at times over 8k gallons of diesel a day.

Catherine dealt with very adverse personal circumstances after Hurricane Maria and while being in a tempo-
rary store with frequent power outages, on Black Friday finished as the top postpaid store in all of T-Mobile (for
the third time in a row). Catherine’s store is the top postpaid and revenue store in all of T-Mobile for Q4 2017
and Q1 2018.
