Teresa has influenced the organization in various ways particularly around Talent Management and Inspira-
tional leadership. She participated in the Diversity & Inclusion team and helped establish the first Women’s
Leadership chapter within Los Angeles. She is optimistically bold in her approach, with a purpose to elevate
others while delivering our T-Mobile Core Values.

Nikki Falardo
Sales & Operations Manager, TPR Sales | Liberty Lake, WA

Nikki Falardo is a rock star and is truly an employee that embodies what it means to be T-Mobile! In 2017,
Nikki, as the sole field sales employee in Eastern Washington, very successfully opened 14 stores across 3
states and 3 dealers, delivering over 300% to ramp target.

Josh Flores
Mobile Expert | Farmington, CT

Josh has been with T-Mobile for 3 years and has won Winners Circle 3 times consecutively, with his first win
only after 6 months with the company. He exceeds his sales goals consistently by using the Interaction Model
and selling the right way – ranking #3 in the US in 2017. A 2017 CDP Graduate, he has also taken his sales
performance excellence and applied it to develop others through the CDP program.

Joe Giannone
Sr Manager, TPR Sales | Parsippany, NJ

Joe delivered big in 2017. He supported the build of nearly 80 new locations – ramping their performance at
a higher rate than the company average. Joe has also been an integral part of the Northeast TPR Sr. Manager
team – working with peers on aligning contract holders on key focus items, and improving the NE RAMP
champ effort.

Asia is a flexible and helpful leader who bleeds magenta. She motivates and delegates with grace and poise
while keeping the flow of the store upbeat and focused. Asia is appreciated by our customers and even has a
great following of the deaf community in Austin.
