Isidro is a true example of someone who lives the T-Mobile values every day. Not only is he a top sales
performer, achieving top 3 ME in his District every quarter in 2017, but he also goes above and beyond for
customers. We were recently told about an interaction by one of his customers that demonstrated why he was
so deserving. The customer stated that he was suffering from depression and Isidro took it upon himself to
talk with and help his customer through his struggle.

performer, Jonathan oversaw the relocation of an entire call center operation in 2017 and was a key leader in
the rollout and execution of the new sales training for Virtual Retail.
