Tony has been affectionately dubbed “Mr. Hurricane!” In addition to the time spent on Harvey and Irma
recovery efforts, including time in both markets, Tony spent more than three months in Puerto Rico following
Hurricane Maria. Tony was instrumental in driving the recovery process with the local team and teams back
on the mainland. His leadership and unwavering commitment to restore connectivity in a time of crisis is
commended by all.
Vineetha Nair
Principal Engineer, Systems Design | Snoqualmie, WA
DIGITS was a massive undertaking for T-Mobile and Vineetha was not only ready to take on this challenge, but
took on multiple roles outside of her scope to get things ready for BETA and on to commercial launch. She
worked tirelessly with all parts of the company, across departments, to make sure that our customers get an
amazing experience.
Jeffrey Osborne
Sr Engineer, Systems Design | Prospect, KY
Jeffrey went above and beyond to support our hurricane recovery efforts. He spent countless hours in the
aftermath of Hurricane Harvey getting customers in the Houston area quickly reconnected to the network
through IP/WIFI coverage. Most noteworthy, Jeffrey personally drove 200 hot spot devices from Kentucky to
Houston to help restore connectivity for our T-Mobile for Business and Government customers.

Adrianne is an outstanding individual who embodies the hard working, scrappy Un-carrier spirit to accomplish
the impossible everyday. She drives and leads subcontractors and T-Mobile employees to work together to
always deliver complicated technology solutions for high profile venues across TRI-LA market. She always
makes sure that that T-Mobile gets a fair price and that our partners deliver on time and up to our high TMO
standards.
Mark Smith
Group Project Manager, Technical | Bellevue, WA
Mark is Enterprise Delivery Pipeline’s (EDP) primary engagement manager and interfaces with a host of
customers, stakeholders, and executives. This role requires Mark to stretch himself above and beyond a
program manager and he is methodical and thoughtful in planning and preparation, quick to turn ideas into
action, laser-focused on the end goal, works meticulously on grassroots to execute against leadership vision,
communicates often and solicits feedback to continuously improve in order to maximize his impact.
