Tony displayed unwavering dedication through his round- the-clock support in 2017 hurricane recovery
efforts. His work on the Hurricane Maria recovery logistics was phenomenal. He coordinated the hotels,
vehicles, fuel, food, flights and all other critical logistics the team needed. Tony was in Puerto Rico for more
than 2 months and has played a huge role in our recovery success.
Egil Gronstad

Egil has shown exceptional leadership through his vision, positive attitude and ‘let’s get it done’ approach
in moving forward with the development of new technologies to solve business problems and improve the
customer experience. He was the driving force behind a number of network firsts in 2017, including the first
complete Narrowband IoT field tests on a live commercial network and in the US, and first to demonstrate
1.2Gbps peak speed with LTE-Advanced features and licensed spectrum.

advisement.

Bobby Kakkad
Technician, Field | Tampa, FL
Bobby was the key technical lead for one of the biggest builds for the Southern Region. With his expertise
as a field technician, Bobby volunteered to work with the Development team to turn up new and existing site
upgrades. Bobby single-handedly took care of troubleshooting 300 sites without the help of a crew, saving the
company more than $400,000! He also built over 400 SCFs for the U1900 Shutdown Project.
