Dale created an innovative, one-of-a-kind Packet Radio Bearer (PRB) tool to identify potential site issues that
could disrupt network performance and customer experience. Dale’s tool allows real-time analysis and results,
saving T-Mobile around $3,800 per site in troubleshooting issues!

Sabitha Vikram
Principal Architect, Domain | Atlanta, GA

Sabitha was first to document and drive the three+ year digital roadmap for Digital Billing & Products and
led the strategy for API First design across U1.0/U2.0 architecture. Sabitha sets standards, processes and
vision for achieving digital transformation and always focuses on doing things the right way, which has saved
T-Mobile money and provided better customer experiences.

Cliff Warren
Technician, Field | Houston, TX

Cliff went above the call of duty taking on an additional 60 sites, including 20 small cells and 12 DAS on top
of his 60 sites to help out his teammates focused on disaster recovery efforts. As an early responder during
Hurricane Harvey site recovery, Cliff visited all the flooded sites on the west side of the market to give daily
updates. Additionally, Cliff is directly responsible for the NTF return project, reducing the market from 67% to
0% for the month of October and down to 36% running to date.

Chad Wilkerson

As part of the energy team, Chad partnered with the engineering team on energy efficiency and contracting
deals in an unregulated space, resulting in a saving of an astonishing $385M since 2014. Chad has spent the
past 18 months putting together our path for energy consumption, sustainability and price hedging in the form
of two Power Purchase Agreements for utility scale wind farms, a first in the UW wireless industry! This pushes
T-Mobile to forefront on going green upwards of 60% and saving $100M!
