Principal Engineer, Systems Architecture | Bellevue, WA

Jeff is a rock star who showed tremendous technical understanding and cross-functional leadership in the NB-
IoT Proof of Concept initiative which led T-Mobile to become the first mobile operator in America to test NB-IoT
on a live network in 2017. This effort put T-Mobile on the map for new IoT business, and is now generating
significant business interest. He really stepped up to the challenge, offering up his time, knowledge and
                                       determination.

                                       Oussama Akhdari
Sr Engineer, Radio Frequency | Beltsville, MD

Oussama took the lead in developing a long-term plan to dramatically improve major customer impacting
performance metrics. Over the course of the year he improved the drop call performance by over 20% from
last year saving over 3 Million calls from dropping. He achieved this by tirelessly developing and trialing more
than 50 different parameter adjustment trials throughout the market. Additionally, he was the driving force
behind successful performance at the 2017 Presidential Inauguration versus the other major carriers.

                                       Mike Blasutti
Sr Manager, Engineering Development | Chicago, IL

more than 260 Small Cells on air in Chicago, and 13 L600 overlay sites complete meeting the Q4 goal early.

                                       Tom Bresee
MTS, Systems Architecture Engineering | Frisco, TX
                                       3rd Time PEAK Winner
Tom played a critical role in the development and execution of the recent use of Satellite Backhaul for the
recovery efforts following the devastation of hurricanes Irma in Florida and Maria in Puerto Rico. Tom spent
many hours working with the satellite carriers to fine tune quality of service profiles making sure that we got
the best performance possible out of the satellite links. As problems arose, Tom took the reins to hold carriers
accountable for their commitments and he often went outside his area of expertise to find a solution.

day build plan. His determination has made a lasting impression.
