Christi through Hurricane Harvey. Nancy worked tirelessly through 3 weeks, being away from her family,
helping customers and employees alike - all while motivating her team and peers. She was awesome through
a tough moment!

Laynor demonstrates what a selfless leader is. Aside from the performance contributions he delivers, he also
provided great humanitarian aid during Hurricane Irma. He helped co-workers install storm shutters and
delivered gas to those using generators . There is nothing he wouldn’t do to help others in need.

Brenda is a 17-year T-Mobile Veteran and it’s hard to find anyone that bleeds more Magenta than her. She is
always a “Go To” team member and willing to take on large scale projects that can have an impact on not just
her market or region, but the entire organization. Brenda builds lasting relationships with her TPR Stores,
DMs and Account Leaders while always putting the customer first.
