Oscar Cummings CEO Wild Card

Oscar works closely with the New Technology and vendors, providing the ‘glue’ that brings concept into
reality. Oscar played an instrumental role in 5G trials, Ericsson 600 MHz, small cell validation and RAN
automation. He was a key member of the 5G trial team, coming up with many innovative ideas for 5G
impairment and spectrum performance. He took the Ericsson 600 MHz to the next level through lab testing
helping identify challenges and issue before field deployment.

Brad Devore
Sr Engineer, Technical Support | Downers Grove, IL

Brad was instrumental in a game-changing impact to his region through the creation of a virtual war room
comprised of switch techs throughout the region – supporting the integration of hundreds of sites per week.
This eliminated the need for contractors, and saved T-Mobile money, decreasing downtimes on sites and
improving customer experience on the network.

Alexey epitomizes innovation, product ownership, performance and leadership. He delivered the DEEP.
io framework, providing actionable insights into business impacting events, and drives Frontline system
performance improvements. Alexey is bold, thinks big and makes a difference by listening to customers,
coaching teammates and creating innovative solutions to enhance customers’ experiences.

Jason Firth

Jason came to the Las Vegas market on a temporary assignment. His steadfast, innovative leadership drew
praise from the local, regional, and national engineering teams as well as the market sales teams. After
turning the market around, Jason accepted a permanent position as the Sr. RF Manager in the market and
continues to deliver amazing results for our customers. Jason’s collaboration with the Retail and T-Mobile For
Business teams has made it easy to have a cross-functional partner with the Engineering team.

Glady Flora

Glady has played a pivotal role in supporting the markets on the RF design, Small Cell Deployment and on the
national Retail Store Pico project. Her ongoing support to markets has been critical to ensuring consistent
design practices across markets in order to drive financial and operational efficiencies. Thanks to her
diligence and follow through, she has received accolades from the National PM and the Central Region and is
always at the top of every deployment metric that is published.
