               Frequently Asked Questions

                   1. What is a business process?

A business process consists of several stages performed by

different employees or departments, resulting in achievement
of an organizational goal. Employee hiring, customer billing,

software development, and panel assembly are examples

                   2. What happens during the learning process at the

                       remember level?

When learning processes at the remember level, the learner

recalls or recognizes the basic stages associated with the process

                   3. How to write a learning objective?

If you write a learning objective, start out by defining for yourself

how the process is tied into the trainee's job. Write an objective
that asks the learner to apply the process knowledge to solve a

job-related problem. Avoid objectives that merely ask the
               learner to regurgitate the stages

                   4. How to design an effective instruction?

The design of all effective instruction involves providing clear

information, giving practice with feedback to help the learner
assimilate the information, testing for achievement of the
instructional objective, and repeating the teaching cycle as

               needed
