                    From henceforth, in order to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act:


                    SHOTGUN WILLIE’S HAS A POLICY OF NO MANDATORY TIPOUTS

                    BY ANY EMPLOYEE OR STAFF MEMBER FROM ANY OTHER
                    EMPLOYEE OR STAFF MEMBER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A
                    WAITRESS TO A BARTENDER AND/OR COOK AND A BARTENDER
                    TO A BARBACK.

                    The standard tip for your bartender is 15% of you total tips and 10% to the cook.
