EVALUATIONS
To maintain proper standards the evaluation sheet will be used as a tool by your
Manager to discover hidden talents as well as areas of improvement. All
evaluations will be confidential. Waitresses will be evaluated each year. A meeting
will be set up with your manager to discuss your scores. Should you fail any area
of an evaluation, you will be given a specified amount of time in which to
improve. Failure to improve may result in termination. You will find an example
of the evaluation sheet and explanation of grading at the back of these guidelines.

                    SPOUSES AND/OR SIGNIFICANT OTHERS
It is Shotgun Willies policy that significant others stay off the set while you are
working. If they are picking you up, they may arrive 15 minutes before you are
scheduled to end your performance. Please notify your manager when they
arrive. Special exceptions with prior notification: your significant other may be
allowed in for bachelor or office parties. You may also come in with your
significant other on your day off with Management approval.

                    SOLICITATION
Any spoken or written offer of sexual service, by you or the guest, in or out of the
club constitutes solicitation and is against the law. You may never ask a guest to
buy a drink or food for you. You must never contract for private parties of any
kind. You must never direct a guest to ask another cast member. Any guest found
soliciting our employees or contractors will be asked to leave. Any employee or
contractor found soliciting a guest will be terminated. You are not allowed to leave
with any guest for any reason. Dating our guest is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

                    STEALING/THEFT
