MISCELLANEOUS
This agreement shall be binding and pass to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Single Barrel
Consulting, LLC. This Agreement survives and extends beyond my termination of employment. Waiver by
the company of any particular breach of this Agreement by the employee shall not be deemed a waiver by
Single Barrel Consulting, LLC of any of my promises or obligations herein, or of any subsequent breach by
the employee.
