You can never have any more love for yourself than you are prepared to express to others.
By the same token, you can never give any more love away than you have for yourself. It may
feel like you are loving someone more than yourself sometimes but in reality when you do not
love yourself enough, you cannot love others properly. If you want more love, give more love.
It is a common mistake when feeling unhappy to expect others to fill up your heart with love.
The truth is, you will only experience the amount of love that you yourself are prepared to give,
no more no less. The love you feel, is actually your love being expressed, not the love you
receive, so it follows that you can only ever love others as much as you feel love for yourself.
