It seems impossible to think that a few weeks ago, none of us had heard of COVID-19. Yet we are now having to action
plans and to radically change our business activities and our home lives. No one person or organisation has a solution to

the many challenges we are likely to face during the coming months, but what we are going to need is support and

understanding from within our broker community.

We are all struggling, finding life harder and difficult to fully grasp the implications COVID-19 is having on almost every

aspect of our lives……………….It is at such times we must remember that we are not alone.
