EVERY ADVERSITY




        ‘In the midst of every adversity lies the seed of an equal

        or greater opportunity’.



        We are not talking here of capitalising on the COVID-19

        pandemic. What we are talking about is business

        resilience and survival. Many brokers are so busy

        churning customers, they tell us it is often at the
        expense of securing customer trust and retention.




        Harvard Business School released a recent report in

        which they forecast a global return to ‘buying local’ even
        while some of this continues to be online.




        With many broker staff working from home, this is a
        wonderful opportunity to communicate to customers all

        the positive factors that set brokers apart as the best

        qualified trusted source for their insurance needs.
