SOLUTION Charge battery. Replace battery. Clean and retighten. Replace overrunning clutch. Replace pinion. Replace overrunning clutch. Remove foreign materials, dirt or replace over- running clutch or pinion shaft. Replace overrunning clutch and idler gear. Disassemble and assemble parts properly. Replace clutch shell.
