1.1.2     Warranty Service Period


                   A. Warranty Service Period (Below is standard Warranty services rules, the service
                   period for different countries would base on the sales contract.) a. DOA Service (≤

                   45days) b. RMA Service (≤ 3 years) c. Extra Service (> 3 years)
                   B. out of Warranty (> 4 years)
                   C. WEEE Recycle Service (> 5 years)

                   1.1.3     Invalid Warranty


                   M/B has been repaired or modified by customer.
                   - Regular Customers

                   Regular customers are not allowed to repair M/B by themselves. Any repair or
                   modification can introduce new defects and therefore invalidate the warranty, such as
                   missing components, wrong chipset replaced, contaminations during repair, heat sink
                   modify and PCB damaged, etc.

                   - Authorize Repair Customers
                   01. Authorized Customers must follow authorized level (L1~3) and engineers’ repair
                   skills will be evaluated by GIGABYTE.
                   02. Warranty can be invalidated if M/B becomes unable to repair due to improper

                   operations in customer site.
