1.2 Appearance Inspection
01. Advantages of Appearance Inspection:
“Repair” is to find out the defected parts and to replace or mend the defected parts so
the product can be functional again. Appearance inspection is the fastest way to find out
the defected parts when the defection is caused by physical damage. Some physical
damage like scratches or component missing is not easy to be detected by measuring.
That is the reason for us to put the appearance inspection at the beginning of repair
procedure.
