Kloeckner Assistant is our newest digital tool that will help us improve our ability to service our customers in a more
         efficient manner. KCi, our software development division in Berlin, has created a scalable way to extract pertinent data
         from a PDF and put it into a format that can be sent to Steel II as a digital order. This functionality will save time on the
         data entry portion of order entry and will allow us to return PDF quotes back to customers within seconds in the future.

         Keeping with our agile principles, we started with a field test in September 2019 on the contract side of the business in our Greenville
         and Alpharetta Branches. We focused the prototype testing on the contract side of the business, since the process of identifying
         and matching part numbers on a customer PDF was the path of least resistance. The initial test ultimately proved to be successful in
         Greenville and Alpharetta so we have transitioned to on-boarding as many customers from other branches as we can that order via
         PDF format with part numbers. Currently we have 60 active customers, 14 active branches, and 43 active inside sales reps using the
         tool. I am proud to share that we started 2020 strong and Kloeckner Assistant brought in $6.7 Million in digital revenue in January.


         How Does The Process Work?:


         First, we have to prepare and configure a customer. We have to verify that the customer sends a PDF in an original clear format that is
         consistent. As we speak, we need PDFs that contain PO number, PO date, Part number, Quantity, UOM for Quantity and Delivery Date
         but we’ll be able to read material descriptions in the future. Once we have verified that the customer’s PDFs are a good fit, we create
         a map of where to read out these specific data points from each customer’s PO. There are customers where we have created new part
