OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AWARD!

Human Resources facilitates an annual employee recognition program to honor and acknowledge
excellence at work. Outstanding Employee Awards recognize actions that constitute performance
          beyond expected standards, such as:

          • Producing high quality of work over an extended period of time
          • Giving extra effort to complete a job or handle a heavier workload
          • Filling in when the unit is short-staffed
          • Volunteering for and working on special projects
          • Serving on a committee and contributing to its success

The nomination of candidates may be made by any employee to their HR Manager. The winners will
be picked quarterly by Executive Vice Presidents, Bob DeMarco and Jason Albro. One winner from
the east and one from the west will be announced in each quarter’s newsletter and presented with a
          plaque.
