This will encourage learners to stay in school and keep away from
being involved in unpleasant activities, because not all learners can

excel academically if they see that they excel in something else that
will boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. Using sport can also

help learners to relieve stress as most of the learners live in centres,
they have real life issues, so using sport to relax their mind can really

be off good help to them.

The school has a parking space, which is not big enough to

accommodate all teachers, an ideal teacher should be able to deal
with such issues in a profession manner without creating a big issue

out of it. Therefore, an ideal teacher needed by the school is
someone who can communicate effectively with colleagues,

someone who does not make decisions based on their interest only
but take other colleagues’ feelings into account, they should be open
to reasoning. There is a school library which is fully equipped with

book, an ideal teacher should be willing to assist learners when they

need help especially in the library when they are looking for
