Looking from the community of the school an ideal teacher should be

able to work closely with the school community, be able to
communicate effectively on various matters involving the school, an
ideal teacher needed is someone who is able to use technology

effectively, to facilitate teaching and learning, from what we observe
the school is fully resources the only thing it does not have are

smartboards, therefore an ideal teacher should be able to utilise the
resources that they have in their disposal. An ideal teacher should be

open to learning things in order to make learning authentic to
learners.

An ideal teacher should be able to use traditional resources such as
the use of charts and pictures to enhance learning and understanding

of the content. An ideal teacher should be open and able to share
their technological skills with other teachers and learners,
