Cooking for Healing: Eye Health: Lunch
Carrot and Red Bell
Pepper Salad Stephanie Davidian
Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene and helps the retina function
correctly. Red bell pepper protects against cataracts and helps the blood
vessels in the eye.
Ingredients Slice the bell pepper and radishes.
3 carrots
1 raw red bell pepper Mix together in a bowl. Chop the green

Olive oil Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and
