Cooking for Healing: Eye Health: Breakfast

























        Citrus and Berry Parfait

         The fruits in this light parfait are packed with vitamin C, help maintain healthy
                           eye pressure, and aid in normalizing blood pressure.



        Ingredients                                            Place the fruits on top of the yogurt, and
