Cooking for Healing: Eye Health: Dinner























        Salmon and




                   Greens Bowl

          The omega-3 fatty acids in salmon and nutrients in the greens work together to

                     aid in eye health, prevent cataracts, and avert vision problems.

        Ingredients

        Fresh salmon                                           Wash and dry the greens. Sautee in a bit
