                         Molzen Corbin is committed to maintaining a workplace based on our collective

                         It  is  the  policy  of  Molzen  Corbin  to  provide  equal  employment  opportunities

                         pursuant to this policy.  Complaints need not be limited to someone who was the
                         target  of  the  alleged  offending  conduct.  Anyone  who  has  observed  an  alleged
                         violation  of  the  policy  is  also  expected  to  bring  it  to  the  attention  of  his  or  her
                         Supervisor or to the Human Resources Department.

                                 Molzen  Corbin  Equal  Employment  Opportunity  Officer.  The  Chief
                                 Executive  Officer  will  assure  compliance  with  Molzen  Corbin  Equal
