If any employee experiences or witnesses any conduct in violation of Molzen
Corbin’s EEO Policies, the employee must promptly notify one or more of the
people designated below of the same. Molzen Corbin takes all complaints seriously
and complaints are accepted in writing or orally. In no event should an employee
wait more than five days after experiencing or witnessing a suspected violation to
submit a complaint or raise a concern. Complaints and concerns can be directed to
multiple persons within Molzen Corbin, including:

                                  The employee’s Supervisor
                                  The Human Resources Department
                                  Any member of Management

Any supervisor or manager who becomes aware of any alleged or possible
harassment of any kind must contact the Human Resources Department or the Chief
Administrative Officer immediately. All complaints will be treated in a
confidential manner to the extent possible. Upon receipt of a complaint or in
circumstances where Molzen Corbin otherwise becomes aware of alleged offending
conduct, a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation shall be made concerning
the alleged offending conduct. Molzen Corbin shall endeavor to complete such
investigation within 15 business days of receiving a complaint. While it may not be
possible to share the details or results of the investigation with the party who first
raises the issue, the employee who has submitted a complaint will be informed
when the investigation is concluded and instructed to report again if further alleged
                         violation occurs.

If the investigation leads to a determination that an individual has engaged in
conduct that violates one or more of these policies, appropriate and effective
corrective action will be taken immediately, up to and including possible
termination of the offending party. In investigating complaints under this policy,
Molzen Corbin may impose discipline for inappropriate conduct that comes to the
attention of Molzen Corbin, without regard to whether the conduct constitutes a
                         violation of law.
