for some special purpose, the employee should discuss the matter with the Human
                         Resources Department in order to secure the written permission of Molzen Corbin.

                  G.     PERSONNEL FILES

                         Personnel  files  for  each  employee  are  maintained  by  the  Human  Resources
                         Department.  The contents of personnel files are strictly confidential and are kept for
                         administrative and emergency purposes only. Employees must notify the Human
                         Resources Department immediately of any change of address, telephone, or personal
                         status; person to contact in the event of an emergency.  Employees should also notify
                         the  Human  Resources  Department  of  any  educational  or  professional
                         accomplishments, and appointments or honors which may affect status in Company.

                  H.     BUSINESS CARDS

                         Employees who have face-to-face contact with clients and potential clients will be
                         issued business cards. To receive and disseminate Molzen Corbin business cards,
                         employees shall first obtain authorization from their supervisor and then submit the
                         written request and authorization with proof of management approval to the Human
                         Resources Department. Employees are not authorized by Molzen Corbin to create or
                         use any business cards indicating an affiliation with Molzen Corbin other than the
                         business cards issued, with approval for use, by the Company.

                  I.     TRANSFERS AND MOVING

                         Occasions do arise when an employee may be transferred to a branch office to meet
                         the immediate needs of the Company. When an employee transfers at the request of
                         the Company, Molzen Corbin will reimburse the following expenses:  Shipping of
                         household  goods;  travel  and  temporary  accommodations  for  the  employee  and
                         family; and certain miscellaneous reasonable costs incurred as a direct result of the
                         move. Current IRS regulations require that all moving expenses paid to an employee
                         be reported as earnings on a W-2 form.

                  J.     TERMINATION

                         Voluntary Resignation. Employees who elect to voluntarily resign from their “at-
                         will” employment with Molzen Corbin are asked to consider providing two weeks’
                         notice  in  writing  to  their  direct  supervisors  along  with  a  copy  of  the  written
                         notification to the Human Resources Department.  Vacation accrued and unused up
                         to the day of resignation will be paid to employees with their last paycheck.  Sick
                         leave benefits cannot be used as terminal leave and will not be “cashed out”.
