meetings. In order to obtain the most efficient use of our conference rooms,
these facilities are available on an assignment-basis only. Insofar as possible,
conferences should be scheduled in advance. The main Board Room and
Library are scheduled with the Human Resources Assistant or the Records
Coordinator. The lobby conference room is scheduled with the Receptionist.
Other smaller conference areas can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Users of a conference room should vacate it prior to the next scheduled
conference and are responsible for putting away displays, maps, and charts
related to their meeting. As a courtesy, users should also remove coffee cups
and soft drink containers, erase marker boards, return chairs neatly around
the table, and turn off the lights before the next meeting. The person
responsible for the meeting is responsible for clean-up or for designating the
                                 task to another staff member.

                         10. Library and Filing Room. A small library is maintained to serve as a resource
center for the various activities in which Molzen Corbin is involved. The
Records Coordinator maintains the library. Reference material is updated on
a continual basis. All new reference material must be processed through the
Records Coordinator before being stored in the library. No reference books,
specifications, reports, or O&M manuals should be removed without proper
notification (ex., email) to the Records Coordinator. If you would like to
review materials from the library or main file, you must record your name,
date, and project number on the available “Check-Out Cards”. The “Check-
Out Cards” serve as a placeholder when requested material is removed from
the shelves. It is your responsibility to see that materials are returned to the
shelves in their proper locations. Included in the library are instructional
electronic media for use by all employees. These items must be checked out
through the Records Coordinator. Project files in the main file room are
checked out in the same manner as materials from the library. It is important
that files are properly checked out in order to locate them if they are needed.
No materials may be removed or inserted into a file without first notifying
                                 the Records Coordinator.

                         11. Parking. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the building with spaces
reserved for the Company cars and visitors. The remaining spaces are
available on a first-come, first-served basis. Molzen Corbin will not be liable
for any damage or theft caused to any motor vehicle, or contents thereof,
while parked on Company parking lot.

                         12. Security. The front entrance doors to the building are unlocked only between
the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Except for emergencies, use of the side
