F. COMPANY-OWNED CELL PHONES
When necessary, Molzen Corbin will provide its staff with Company-owned cell
phones or electronic communication devices. It is at the discretion of Department
Leaders and the Chief Executive Officer to identify employees whose job
responsibilities makes it essential that they have access to cell phones. Due to
security reasons, only Company-issued cell phones will reside on the Molzen Corbin
mobile platform and have access to Company email.
It is the responsibility of the employee to protect the Company-owned cell phone
from any possible loss and/or damage. Lost, misplaced, stolen and/or damages to
the cell phone should be reported immediately to the Human Resources Department.
G. LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS
A long distance account code is required to make long distance (in-state and out-of-
state) telephone calls from Molzen Corbin office telephones. Molzen Corbin will
issue a long distance account code to an employee who is required to routinely make
long distance phone calls in the course of performing their job. If required, the
employee will complete a “Request for Long Distance Account Code” form available
from the Human Resources Department. The long distance account code is to be
used for business purposes; any personal calls will be the responsibility of the
employee.
In order for the employee to protect the usage of their account code, the Accounting
Department will provide the employee a copy of the monthly statement from the long
distance carrier for review stating all calls made and received. The employee should
examine the report to ensure that all calls charged to the user’s account code are
appropriate. Upon reviewing the report, reimbursement will be provided to the
Company for any personal calls made by the employee. The employee should
immediately bring any questionable or incorrect charges to the attention of the
Accounting Department.
