doors is prohibited. When doors are locked from the outside, take care that
they close securely behind you when you leave the building. If you are
working outside of normal working hours, you must use your assigned
security code or obtain a temporary security code from the Human Resources
Department for entry, and must reset the alarm and properly secure the
building when you leave.
13. Lighting. Most of the overhead lighting in work areas and common areas is
controlled by occupancy sensors in each room. Room lights, task lights, and
overhead lights in private offices should be turned off when you leave the
office.
14. Heating and Air Conditioning. Energy conservation is a value that Molzen
Corbin adheres to for both philosophical and economic reasons and,
therefore, observes the following practices:
a. Dampers and other HVAC equipment may be adjusted or serviced
only by the assigned personnel.
b. Thermostats on cooling units should be set between 70 and 76;
thermostats on heating units should be set between 68 and 72.
Individual space heaters may not be brought in except with
permission of your Supervisor.
E. COMPANY PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT
Company property may not be removed from the building except when authorized
by the Chief Administrative Officer or his designee. When it is necessary to take any
Company property off-site, employees will comply with current policy as set forth
by the Chief Administrative Officer. Such property is only insured if it is out of the
office on authorized Company business as set forth by the Chief Administrative
Officer.
In the event your employment terminates with Molzen Corbin, you may take from
the premises only those materials that are your personal property. Any books,
equipment, computer materials, computer programs, written procedures, manuals,
records, or materials purchased for your assignments by Molzen Corbin belong to
Molzen Corbin as do all records, drawings, specifications, and electronic files that
refer to Company business.
