We certainly are firing on all cylinders at the moment and last week it
showed how we can adapt on what can only be described as a shocking
pitch.

We have been threatening this kind of result for a few weeks now and if
we’re honest it could have been double figures.

It’s also pleasing that we have kept 4 clean sheets on the bounce and this is
despite having to change the back four about due to injuries.

We know at the moment the des ny of the league is in our own hands. And
basically if we win our games in hand we win the league. But football has
nasty habit of chucking up surprises, but have no doubt that Perksy will be
warning the players of being complacent.

We face an Almondsbury side today under new management & whose
results have picked up over the last few weeks. There are no gimmies in
football and the team know that cannot let standards drop if we are to
con nue this run of a 11 wins on the bounce
