WORKING HOURS AND TIME MANAGEMENT

               Objective
               Working hours and time management are important for the smooth running of the business. It ensures
               that there is a structure in place to manage business operations and employee work commitments.

               Details
                   1.  Working Time
               The compulsory working day is 9 hours which includes 1 hour for lunch break, from Sundays to
               Thursdays.
               Considering our employees’ specific circumstances, an employee may opt for an alternate office time
               starting between 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning and accordingly complete the required 9 hours between
               17:00 to 18:30.

                Ipsos UAE working hours from Sunday to Thursday are thus:

                   ✓  From 8:00 am till 5:00 pm.
                   ✓  From 8:30 am till 5:30 pm.
                   ✓  From 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.
                   ✓  From 9:30 am till 6:30 pm.

                   2.  Records of Attendance
               All the employees are expected to follow these timings strictly and are required to register such time
               records using Time and Attendance machine (i.e. by check-in and check-out).

                   3.  Access Cards/Finger print:
               Every employee must use his/her access card to enter or leave the office for ANY reason (those
               include lunch breaks, coffee breaks, meetings, parking tickets etc.) for security purposes.
               Every employee must punch his/her finger to come in the morning and to leave the office at night
               for time attendance purposes.
               The Receptionist has strict instructions not to open the door for any Ipsos UAE employee unless the
               employee’s card is not working (technical issue) or the employee has forgotten his/her card at home.
               In  case  the  employee  does  not  notify  his/her  manager  or  the  HR  regarding  his/her  absence
               automatically one day will be deducted from his/her annual leave.
