• Employee: Should send an email, one (1) day prior to the date of work from home, to the following
heads requesting approvals. The employee needs the Direct Manager, Business Unit Head and
Country Head approvals.
• Business Unit Head: Should send an email, one (1) day prior to the date of work from home, to the
following heads requesting approvals. The employee needs the Direct Manager and Country Head
approvals.
• The Human Resources and /or Admin, should always be on the C.c. in the email requesting to work
from home.
4. PROCEDURES
4.1. Working from home cannot be taken while outside the country or on holiday abroad.
4.2. Working from home policy cannot to be on days bridging or between two holidays or vacations
4.3. Working from home is occasional - employees can work at home on an ad-hoc basis for not more
than two (2) days per month
4.4. Hours of work when working from home must be equal to the office working hours
4.5. When working from home, the employee should be accessible anytime during the office regular
working hours
4.6. The employee is requested to do the following once needs to work from home:
• Request approval to work from home by email
• Make his/her contact details available and visible such as phone number and email address, as
well as informing the relevant persons of his/her work from home schedule
• Employee who works from home must take the appropriate precautions to secure Ipsos
information at their place of work, and inhibit any unauthorized access to any of the Company
properties such as information, systems, files or records
4.7. Any exception to the above procedures will then be treated separately.
