7. Maternity leave in either of the above cases is not deducted from any other leaves that a female
               employee is entitled to.

               8. During the 18 months following her delivery, a female employee nursing her child shall be entitled
               to two additional breaks of 30 minutes each day for this purpose. These two additional breaks are
               considered as part of the working hours and accordingly no salary will be deducted for such additional
               breaks.

               9. Maternity leave request must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the employee going on leave
               with the details of the person replacing the employee while on leave.

               10. The Company will provide medical insurance cover for maternity as per the Medical Insurance
               policy.

               Paternity Leaves
               11. All male employees of the company on the event of their newborn baby will be granted a paid
               leave for 3 working days.

               12. For compliance requirements, employees are required to submit birth certificate of the newborn
               issued by official authorities within 30 days after returning from paternity leave.

               Hajj Leaves
               13. In adherence to the UAE Labor Law, all Muslim employees shall be granted, once in the course
               of their period of service, special unpaid leave of up to 30 calendar days for the purpose of fulfilling
               the obligation to perform Hajj pilgrimage.

               14. Hajj leaves shall not be counted towards any other periods of leave.

               Unpaid Leaves
               15. Unpaid leaves may be granted to employee with approval of Head of the Department and HR
               department, where no annual leave entitlement exists and accordingly will be deducted from the salary.

               The company reserves the right to terminate the employment if the employee remains absent from
               work for seven continuous calendar days without any notification to supervisor and HR department.


               GRATUITY
               Subject  to  the  conditions  set  out  in  the  UAE  Labour  Law,  at  the  end  of  the  Employment,  the
               Employee will be entitled to an end of service gratuity payment ("EOS"). EOS will be calculated based
               on the Employee's last drawn basic salary. The duration over which the EOS will be calculated will
               begin from the Joining Date.
