Annual Leaves Application Process
               7. It is the responsibility of the team leaders and heads of the departments (if applicable) to submit
               the Annual Leave Plans of their department members to HR team at the beginning of

               each year to ensure that each employee's request for leave will be accommodated. This is also to avoid
               overlapping of leaves application during peak season wherein the airfare is usually high.

               8. Annual Leaves application shall be applied via email using HR specified leaves application template,
               and will be approved by the team leader, head of the department (if applicable), HR Person In-charge
               and HR Manager. In the event of leaves cancellation, employee must notify HR immediately, by email,
               with approval from team leader, head of the department (if applicable) and HR Manager, so that leave
               records can be updated on timely manner.

               Annual Leave Conditions
               9.  If  an  employee  is  unable  to  resume  work  as  per  the  scheduled  vacation  dates,  it  is  his/her
               responsibility to immediately notify the Direct Supervisor and HR Department and request for a leave
               extension. Failure to notify about leave extension within 2 days after expiry of original schedule will
               result in each additional leave day being considered as an unpaid leave and will also result in issuance
               of official warning letter.

               10.  Time  spent  on  approved  company  business  travel  or  trainings  during  annual  leaves  is  not
               considered as part of the annual leave and shall be booked against training or business trips.

               Annual Leaves for cases of Resignations / Terminations
               11. Upon resignation or termination of employment, the employee shall be entitled to the annual
               leaves for that calendar year on a pro-rata basis. An employee who has unused annual leaves balance
               at the time the employee separates from the company shall be paid based on most recently drawn
               salary.
