Work from home Policy and Procedures

               1. POLICY

Ipsos MENA provides its employees the work from home policy, on exceptional bases, it is created with
the aim of achieving a greater efficiency, being employer of choice, providing a healthy environment and
                     attracting and retaining employees.

               2. SCOPE

This policy and procedure applies to all eligible employees of Ipsos MENA, if the job can be executed
from home. This policy will allow Business Unit Heads to consider the appropriateness of home
working and implement it where there are demonstrable and significant benefits to the Company and
its employees. It will allow the eligible employees to work two (2) days per month from home for those
who completed their probation, provided that the work can be done remotely. Working from home
is occasional and has to be a valid and justifiable reason for that; employees can work at
home on an ad-hoc basis. This policy is a discretionary work arrangement and not an
entitlement. The Ipsos MENA Management holds the right to modify or end this policy at
                     any time.
