appearing before us contains many toolbars as AZwgma {XIZo dmcr qdS>mo _| H$B© Qy>c~ma {XIVo h¢& Q>m°n
shown in fig-2.8. The top most bar is called the ‘moñQ> ~ma H$mo Q>mBQ>b ~ma H$hm OmVm h¡& ¶h S>m°³¶y‘|Q> H$m
Title Bar. It displays the name of the document
and the name of the software. The bar just Zm‘ VWm gm°âQ>do¶a H$m Zm‘ àX{e©V H$aVm h¡& Q>mBQ>c ~ma
below the title bar is called the Menu Bar. It Ho$ ZrMo dmco ~ma H$mo _oZy ~ma H$hVo h¢& Bg_| _oZy Ho$ hoqS>½g
contains headings of the menu. Each heading in em{_c hmoVo h¢& _oZy ~ma Ho$ àË`oH$ ho[S>§J _| H$B© \§$Še§g

below the menu bar is Standard Toolbar. It ~ma ñQ>¢S>S>© Qy>c ~ma h¡& Bg_| _oZy ~ma H$s A{YH$ Cn`moJ _|
contains short cuts many frequently used AmZo dmcr H$_m§S²>g em°Q>© H$Q²>g Ho$ ê$n _| O¡go god, qàQ>,
commands of the Menu bar such as Save, Print, H$m°nr, AZSy>, ñnoc MoH$ Am{X em{_c h¢& BZ em°Q>© H$Q²>©g Ho$
Copy, Undo, Spell Check etc. These short cuts
allow us to perform operations quickly as we Cn`moJ go h_ {H$gr _oZy na {~Zm pŠcH$ {H$E hr H$_m§S²>g
need not to click a particular Menu and then go na OmH$a erK«Vm go H$B© Am°naoeÝg na\$m°_© H$a gH$Vo h¢&

Formatting Toolbar is the lowest in the Ribbon Ûmam h_ ~moëS>, BQ>m{cH$, coâQ>/amBQ>/g|Q>a/OpñQ>\$m`
which allow many quick functions such as Bold,
