              Today I wish to invite you to deepen your
              awareness of what it means to “Tread Lightly”
              in your life.

              Where does respect sit in your interactions with
              yourself, with others and in your life in general?

              My Thoughts and Suggestions

              Take some time to bring your attention to your
              interactions and with the kinds of exchanges that
              have taken place during your day.

                 •  Have you felt respected and do you feel
                     you have offered and shown respect to
                     others?

                 •  Have your exchanges been mutually
                     respectful?
