The Words will still carry power and emotion, but the emotional
content will have changed.
“I’m sorry” might evoke happiness, gratitude and appreciation,
perhaps even relief.
However, “I’m sorry” followed by the same thing happening again,
will evoke completely different emotions. Disappointment, sadness,
frustration, maybe even fear.
Consciously choose to take charge of your Words, not only in what
you say to others but also in the way in which you speak to yourself.
They carry power and they have an impact.
