– NUWAUPIAN RULES of the 24,000 Year Cycle for the Hereafter –
“pg.96 (in part) Men's Health: Regular exercise is a good habit to get into
as it strengthens all the major muscles. Brisk walking is particularly good.
It strengthens the reproductive organs, especially the prostate gland.
Avoiding stress, alcohol, drugs, and very heavy lifting, help maintain male
potency.”
“pg.97 (in part) Women's Health: A woman should exercise regularly.
Stretching, brisk walking, etc., is good for blood circulation and strengthens
your heart and lungs. Exercise will also help you during labor and
recovery. When a woman is carrying a child, exercising improves blood
supply to the baby and can make the labor much easier. However, be
careful not to over exercise while pregnant, because you can have a
miscarriage. Listen to your body and rest when you need to. Women need
to pay particular attention to exercises that strengthens the abdomen, the
back, and the pelvic floor. Stomach or abdominal muscles are often the
weakest group of muscles in the woman's body and their weakness is the
most common cause of backache. The same abdominal muscles that
support the pelvis also support the delicate column of the spine.
Strengthening these muscles is important for everyone, but is especially
important for women who are planning to become pregnant. The stronger
these muscles are, the more erect your stance; and the easier it will be for
you to carry added weight in front.”
