Accepted Sanction letter duly signed by all borrowers (any over-
writing should be countersigned by all the parties) and Credit
Manager.
In under construction cases: Property Insurance Premium Loan
amount should be part of total sanctioned loan amount and
should be included in the sanction letter.
Sanction All sanction conditions are complied as per Sanction Letter and
5 Conditions approval for any deviations.

6 Approval Check whether rate of interest is as per rate matrix.
Credit Duly approved CAM signed by the Credit Manager/ Credit
7 Appraisal
Memo Committee.
Check if Processing Fee is collected, if not requisite deviation is
attached in the file.
8 Processing Processing Fee cheque is cleared and copy of instrument attached
Fee in the file. In case of disbursement with under clearing cheque,
approval from National Head-Credit is required.
Balance PF cheque photocopy to be inserted into the docket.
Original Field investigation report (FI), Residence Verification
reports should be signed by Credit Manager with rubber stamp
(valid for 90 days).
CIBIL report should be within 60 days of disbursement date.
9 Verification 2 Original valuation report with photographs duly signed by Credit
Reports
Manager/ Technical Manager and Photocopy of Valuation Report
is available (valid for 90 days). One valuation is acceptable for prior
to 31st Jan logged in cases.
Lower of 2 valuation need to be considered.
Legal Report should be Positive
Original Title search report (TSR) of 13 years should be available
duly signed by Credit Manager/ Legal Manager.
